Home Sweet Home Alone | Average Guy Movie Review

When his family head off on a Christmas holiday to Japan, young Max Mercer (Archie Yates) is left home alone. It's every kid's dream; the house to yourself, no parents telling you what to do - and more importantly, what not to do. But when a couple of burglars come a knocking (Rob Delaney and Ellie Kemper), Max takes it upon himself to defend the family home. All the while, Max's mother Carol (Aisling Bea) fights to get home to her son. That's right,  Home Alone ; the classic movie enjoyed by millions every Christmas for the last 30 years, has another unwanted sequel - one the filmmakers are desperate for us to know exists in the same universe as the original. Buzz McCallister (Devin Ratray) is back to rather pointlessly ram home that point.  Home Sweet Home Alone  is yet another take on the child left behind scenario, in which said child must defend their home from some unwanted guests. Except this time it's more about the burglars than the child. Home Sweet Home Alone | Moustache Trailer Reaction

So it seems Disney felt the need to remake/reboot Home Alone . Yes, the classic Christmas movie enjoyed by millions every year during the festive season apparently needs some fresh blood. Check out the trailer below. "Holiday classics were meant to be broken." That's an interesting tagline! My first thought upon seeing the trailer for Home Sweet Home Alone  was something along the lines of "oh dear". Actually, at first I thought this was a joke. However, once I realised that was not the case I started wondering what the point of this is. We already have this movie, in fact we have two of them, and they're both great (just blink when Trumpy makes his appearance). Why would you watch this when you can watch the original on the very same streaming service? Once again a child is left behind as a family head off on a Christmas holiday, this time to Japan. At first it's all good fun as the young Max Mercer (Alfie Yates) enjoys a life without rules, boundaries

JOJO RABBIT | Moustache Trailer Reaction

The new trailer for Jojo Rabbit is here, and it still looks like the maddest movie we've seen in a long time! If you haven't seen the trailer yet, check it out below: Lets face it, you see a child charging through the woods with a grenade whilst a rather eccentric looking man - with a funny moustache - frolics along beside him, all to the sound of Smash Mouth's "I'm a Believer" (in German of course), you know you're about to watch something special. Although the shot of the kid throwing his knife at a tree only for it to bounce back into his friend's leg is still one of the funniest things I've seen in film. But with this new trailer we're starting to see the more serious side to Taika Waititi's anti-hate satire (based on the book "Caging Skies" by Christine Leunens). Jojo (Roman Griffin Davis) is just a lonely kid, one who desperately wants to belong, and in order to do so has bought into Nazism. But his
