After a troubled development - which included hiring a new director and a lot of reshoots - the scruffy looking Nerf Herder's origin story is here. Starting with his early years on Corellia, the movie charts Han Solo's (Alden Ehrenreich) time with Imperial Fleet and the beginnings of his criminal career. Along the way he makes a few friends, some familiar, some not so much. At this point Han hasn't become the jaded cynic we see in A New Hope, he's young and more of an optimist. He's also introduced to the Millennium Falcon, after all, what would a Han Solo movie be without "the fastest hunk of junk in the galaxy"? We finally have a synopsis for the troubled Han Solo origin story: Board the Millenium Falcon and journey to a galaxy far, far away in Solo: A Star Wars Story, an all-new adventure with the most beloved scoundrel in the galaxy. Through a series of daring escapades within a dark and dangerous criminal underworld, Han Solo meets his mighty future copilot Chewbacca and encounters the notorious gambler Lando Calrissian, in a journey that will set the course of one of the Star Wars saga's most unlikely heroes.    There it is, but it doesn’t really tell us anything we didn’t already know. There’s no mention of any of the new characters - including a villain - or what Han and Chewie are going up against. For now, it seems the smuggler’s origins remain shrouded in mystery!  The Russo Brothers have kicked off Phase 3 of the MCU with Captain America: Civil War. In his third solo outing, the man out of time must watch his team and his friends  get torn apart at a time when his new life collides with the old one. After a mission goes bad, the Avengers are faced with the Sokovia Accords, a document that'll put them under the control of the UN. This decision pits the team against each other, with half wanting to keep their independence and the other half wanting to keep the team together and on the right side of the law.
