Ghostbusters: Afterlife | Moustache Trailer Reaction

We have another trailer for Ghostbusters: Afterlife . Much like those that came before it, the "International" trailer hints at all the delightful chaos that's coming to the town of Summerville, Oklahoma, as the responsibility of protecting our world from the paranormal is passed to a new generation of Ghostbusters. Check out the trailer below. In the previous trailers the focus has very much been on the mystery and the fun. But with this new trailer we get hints at the horror side of the story. Ghostbusters  is well known for being a mix of sci-fi, horror and comedy, and Afterlife  looks to be no different. The trailer opens with a truck racing through the night, before crashing into a crop field. At first the driver appears to be running from an unseen pursuer. But given that said driver has a certain piece of specialist equipment in their possession, it seems that they're more likely luring someone or something back to their home. The likelihood is this is Egon car

Titles For The Avatar Sequels May Have Been Leaked

BBC News is reporting that they have seen "documentation regarding future Avatar plans". These documents are said to reference four specific projects: Avatar: The Way of Water Avatar: The Seed Bearer Avatar: The Tulkun Rider Avatar: The Quest for Eywa According to James Cameron; future instalments will explore Pandora's ocean. Cameron told Collider that Avatar 2 and 3 would feature "a tremendous amount of water work". Part of this will be achieved using footage captured by a deep-water submersible exploring the bottom of the Mariana Trench. Scenes have also been filmed with the cast under water and wearing motion capture suits, another first for the technology. In an interview with Vanity Fair, the director also revealed that Kate Winslet will be playing one of the "reef people". Sigourney Weaver will be reprising her role of Doctor Grace Augustine - although we're not sure how. Recently she told The Hollywood R

Paul | Average Guy Movie Review | Movierob's Genre Grandeur

This month I was asked to choose the genre for Movierob's Genre Grandeur. Having studied the list of genres that have gone before, I realised there was one that hadn't been chosen...road trip movies. There are so many great road trip movies; Planes, Trains and Automobiles, Smokey and the Bandit, Thelma and Louise, Midnight Run, Due Date, Fanboys, The Hitman's Bodyguard, Dumb and Dumber, and even one called Road Trip.  Most of them involve crazy adventures, insane stunts, a lot of bickering and laughing and many modes of transport. Although I don't think any of them ever found an alien, which is exactly what happens in the movie I've chosen to review; "Paul".  After visiting Comic Con, Graeme (Simon Pegg) and Clive (Nick Frost) travel across the US visiting famous UFO related locations. Along the way they pick up Paul, an alien on the run from the government, who they have to help get home before the "Big Guy" catches up with them.

Ghostbusters (2016): Average Guy Movie Review

It's fair to say that Paul Feig's Ghostbusters reboot has been shrouded in a mist of controversy since it's announcement only to be hit by a tsunami of hatred. Before I get into the review I'd just like to say that it doesn't matter how much you like the 1984 original, you don't have the right to be a dick to people! Be it a racist dick, a sexist dick or just a general dick! Either on the internet or in person. The fact that Leslie Jones has had to quit Twitter because of bullying and harassment is shameful! As a successful comedian and actress she deserves our respect, getting a starring role in a major Hollywood movie is an incredible achievement. Leslie Jones is by far the best thing about this movie, she steals the show in every scene she's in and I look forward to seeing her in more movies. Ok rant over, let's talk about Ghostbusters. The new crew I've seen the movie twice, once in 3D and once in 4DX. For my thoughts on 4DX click he

Ghostbusters Reloaded

This week Movie Web released cast photos of the new Ghostbusters movie. Images courtesy of Google Images Please leave classic movies alone!!! Now I'm not saying the movie won't be any good. Paul Feig's last couple of films; Spy and the Heat are quite good and successful. But if he can come up with successful, original material, why remake a classic? Granted, if Feig doesn't Sony will get someone else and not necessarily someone as good. Remakes are real money makers. Even with a new script you haven't had to develop and idea and you already have an established fan base who will go and see it. So the movie will generate a new fan base as well as drawing in fans of the original. The new fans will probably also want to see the originals which means more sales and rentals on top of the new films profits. Just because a movie makes money, doesn't make it a good movie! That being said, Feig is sticking to his usual formula: Melissa McCarthy a
